This cuvée is composed of 95% SAUVIGNON GRIS and 5% SAUVIGON BLANC
 
The harvest is carried out in a single pass with slightly concentrated berries.
We are looking for a golden grape.
This wine has a brilliant, crystalline color with golden reflections .
The serosity / acidity ratio being very well balanced, this cuvée is provided with all the qualities sought in a mellow.
In the mouth, lively notes of exotic fruits, peach and lychee emerge.
