Grape variety and vinification:
from the best grapes of Sangiovese and Lacrima of our hills, soft pneumatic pressing to preserve the integrity of the grapes. Cold maceration of the red grapes and partial fermentation.
Charmant method is used to obtain a fine perlage.

perfect with biscuits, fruit cakes, almond
pastries or as aperitif and with pizza.
