Astralabe
PURPOSE
A vibrant easy-drinking Grenache-Syrah blend, named after the real-life lovechild of famed medieval lovers Abélard & Héloïse. Younger in age and spirit than its complex, collectible “parents”, it aims to deliver fresh fruit but also nice spice, concentration and length.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Bright ruby. Nose: Fresh red fruit, dried flowers and hints of spice. Palate: Vibrant with juicy red fruit and delicate tannins. Finish: Aromatic with fresh spice. Aging potential: 5-6 years. Serving suggestions Pairs perfectly with red meat, poultry, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, cheese and Mediterranean cuisine.

No synthetic treatments, to ensure health of vines and soil. Certified Organic (Ecocert) and HVE Level 3 (highest tier), sustainable viticulture.
