Soil: white Gravel Age of vines: 30 +

Harvest: selective harvesting by hand at beginning of November.

Handling: 12h maceration on the skins. Gently pressing. Fermented in stainless steel with vineyard yeasts. Aged 10 months on full lees till bottling.

Tasting notes: hints of white blossom honey, elegant citrus zests, hints of white peach, some herbal notes. Juicy, sweetness of extracts, mineralic, balanced acidity, apricots on the palate, salty finish

Serve with: This Riesling fits due to it´s mineralic character perfect with fish and white meat. Combine also with exotic and asian dishes. Serve this Riesling with cheese and fruits.
