Château Haut-Blanville's entry-level red is a joyful introduction to Languedoc winemaking at its most approachable. This Syrah, Grenache and Carignan blend is made on limestone and sandstone soils in Saint-Pargoire, just south of Montpellier, by the Nivollet family — founders of one of the region's most admired organic estates.
