Bergerac rosé Vin d'une nuit (wine for one night) is a dry rosé . This Bergerac appellation wine has very few sugars, which makes a dry, well-balanced rosé with very good freshness. This rosé wine is made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
 
Flavour characters: Notes of english candies, yellow peach and white currant. This wine has reached a good compromise between the sweetness and the acidity. The wine has a well-rounded sweet palate enhanced by a pleasant hint of freshness.
