Biancanima

Biancanima is the most expressive Bianchello del Metauro from Azienda Agraria Guerrieri, a family estate in the northern Marche, Italy. Carefully selected grapes undergo a short skin maceration before fermentation in cement vats and Italian terracotta, where the wine rests for around one year. The result is a white with genuine texture: pale straw in colour, with freshness, mineral depth and a broad, food-friendly palate.
