The entry-level Bianchello del Metauro DOC from Azienda Agraria Guerrieri is the purest expression of this indigenous Marche variety. Straw-yellow in the glass with scents of white peach, pear and white flowers, it is fresh, harmonious and low in alcohol. Grapes yield 4 kg per plant and are harvested in early September, then pressed gently before cold decantation and temperature-controlled fermentation.
