BLANVILLE - Dissidentes

Dissidentes is a wine born from the second generation of the Nivollet family at Château Haut-Blanville. Charlotte and Margaux created the Les Créations range to offer something different from the estate's barrel-aged classics: a Grenache Blanc and Roussanne blend fermented and aged in stainless steel, with no wood contact, to capture the grape varieties at their most vivid. The 2020 is all citrus zest, white flowers, fresh herbs and a pleasantly sharp, saline edge. Vin de France grown on limestone in the Peyrals plot near Montpellier. Rated 16/20 by Jancis Robinson. Pair with fish, risotto or fresh goat's cheese. Exclusively available in Malta through Briffa Wine Selections.
