Braitenpuechtorff Gruner Veltliner

Named after the Braitenpuechtorff vineyard in Breitenwaida, this Weinviertel DAC Grüner Veltliner from Weingut Ingrid Groiss is grown on conglomerate and quartz soils that give the wine its stony, mineral character. Hand-harvested and fermented with vineyard yeasts in stainless steel, then aged on full lees until bottling, it shows leafy freshness, ripe citrus and a lush, textured palate with well-integrated acidity. Organic certified since the 2019 vintage. A versatile food wine that works equally well with grilled fish, vegetable dishes and mild cheeses.
