Chardonnay LAFÒA

Chardonnay LAFOA is among Colterenzio's most compelling white wines, grown on old vines planted between 400 and 550 metres above sea level in the celebrated Lafoa vineyard in Alto Adige. The Schreckbichl cooperative vinifies this wine with the patience it deserves: a portion aged in oak barrels brings texture and toasty depth, while the cool South Tyrol altitude keeps the acidity vivid and fresh. Golden in colour, with ripe peach, brioche, citrus and a mineral thread running through to a long finish. Try it with lobster, creamy pasta, white truffle or roast chicken.
