CHÂTEAU HAUT-BLANVILLE - Plénitude

Plénitude is one of Château Haut-Blanville's prestige single-parcel reds, grown on pure limestone soils at the Peyrals plot within the AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier. Made from Grenache noir with a Burgundian respect for terroir, the 2015 aged 36 months in barrel, developing notes of black and red fruits, sweet spices and a lingering, structured finish. The Nivollet family, who founded this estate in 1997 and have earned full organic certification from the 2024 vintage, treat long barrel maturation as essential to the wine's character.
