Colterenzio Pfefferer

From Colterenzio's Alto Adige cooperative, founded in 1960 near Appiano in South Tyrol, the Pfefferer is crafted from Moscato Giallo, a spiced, peppery variant of Muscat the winery has been producing since 1979. Grown at altitude between 230 and 650 metres, the grapes retain vibrant natural acidity. Dry, light-bodied and aromatically dazzling, with white peach, orange blossom and the signature black pepper finish that gives it its name. A perfect aperitivo wine.
