Colterenzio Pfefferer Pink

The Pfefferer Pink is a playful, aromatic rosé from Colterenzio (Schreckbichl), the Alto Adige cooperative that has been crafting Pfefferer wines since 1979. Made from Moscato Giallo grapes grown among the Dolomites, it carries the same enchanting spiced-fruit signature as the original, now in a delicate salmon hue. Wild strawberry, rose petal and a whisper of white pepper on the nose, with a dry, refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitivo or alongside light salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
