Corten Chenin - Vin de France

From Domaine du Haut Montlong, Bergerac, South West France, Corten is a rare expression: 100% Chenin Blanc, a variety rarely seen in this part of the Dordogne. Limpid pale yellow with silver reflections, the nose offers apricot, citrus peel, and a touch of quince. Eight months of barrel ageing brings a gentle roundness and brioche notes to the palate, balanced by the variety's signature mineral freshness. Long on the finish, with white flowers and ripe stone fruit. Only 400 bottles were produced. This is among the final stock available in Malta.
