Godello & Dona Blanca

From José Antonio García's oldest vineyards in Bierzo, 90 to 130-year-old vines that predate modern clonal selection, this rare white blend of Godello and Doña Blanca is aged under flor in French oak barrels without topping up, a technique echoing the wines of Jura and Sherry. The developing veil of wild yeast shields the wine from full oxidation while concentrating its texture and length. The result is strikingly mineral and complex: saline, nutty, and long.
