Guerriero Bianco

Guerriero Bianco from Azienda Agraria Guerrieri is a barrel-aged white from northern Marche, blending Bianchello and Verdicchio for greater weight and aromatic complexity. Bright golden in colour with notes of white peach, aromatic herbs, vanilla and a touch of citrus, this is a wine with both freshness and depth. Yields are kept at 1.5 to 2 kg per plant. After short skin maceration the wine ferments in white and spends 6 to 8 months in French oak, then 6 months in bottle. Pair with seafood, white meat, cheeses and truffles.
