Guerriero Nero Magnum

Guerriero Nero from Azienda Agraria Guerrieri is a bold everyday red from the Colli Pesaresi DOC in northern Marche, Italy. This magnum presents a blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon: deep ruby with scents of violet, vanilla, cacao and spice. Grapes are harvested late and selected by hand, then fermented with long maceration before 10 months in French oak and a further 6 to 8 months in bottle. The result is a wine with persistent structure and complexity in an impressive 1.5-litre format. Pair with red meat, game, or aged hard cheeses. A Guerrieri wine Malta exclusive through Briffa Wine Selections, delivered across the island.
