HAUT-BLANVILLE - Grande Cuvée Blanc

Château Haut-Blanville's white blend brings together Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone soils at the Peyrals parcel. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve aromatic freshness, then aged six months on lees in neutral barrels using bâtonnage — a technique borrowed from Burgundy that adds texture without masking fruit. The 2022 offers stone fruit, citrus blossom and a gentle creamy weight balanced by clean acidity, all within the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation. Founded in 1997 by Bernard and Béatrice Nivollet and now HVE-accredited, Blanville is a benchmark Languedoc estate. Ideal with grilled fish, shellfish or soft cheese.
