Les Vents D'Anges

Our cuvée Les Vents D'Anges is a red Côtes de Bergerac.  Les Vents D'Anges is made of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged in barrels for 12 months. This wine is harvested exclusively by hand. It is our top of the range in red, it has just been awarded with  a beautiful star ⭐ in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2020. And gold medal at the Paris agricultural competition!
 
Tasting notes : Aromatic nose and gives off a nice complexity. In mouth, this wine offer spices notes and ripe fruits, well helped by tannins and an oaky smooth.
 
Wine pairing : It goes perfectly with red meats and game meats.
