Maison Angelvin - Cuvee Selection

From the sun-drenched slopes of Saint-Tropez, Maison Angelvin Cuvée Sélection is a pale, luminous AOP Côtes de Provence rosé built in the classic Provençal style. The Angelvin family has farmed this coastal site since 1944; it was Logan Wallace Angelvin, the great-grandson, who bottled the estate's first own-label wine in 2016 after converting to organic farming. A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, the grapes are harvested at night and pressed immediately without maceration, preserving the wine's delicate salmon-pink colour and aromatic freshness. The nose opens with white flowers, ripe peach, melon and lychee, with a whisper of passion fruit and a clean saline edge. Silky and structured on the palate with a long, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled alongside grilled fish, seafood, or a summer salad. Available in Malta through Briffa Wine Selections.
