Maison Angelvin - Cuvee Selection Magnum

The same luminous Côtes de Provence rosé from Maison Angelvin, presented in a 1.5-litre magnum. The ideal format for a table of friends or a special occasion. The Angelvin family has farmed their coastal Saint-Tropez estate since 1944; Logan Wallace Angelvin, the great-grandson, bottled the first own-label cuvée in 2016 following the estate's conversion to organic farming. The Cuvée Sélection blends 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, harvested at night and pressed immediately without maceration to preserve the wine's pale salmon colour and delicate aromatics. White flowers, peach, melon and lychee on the nose, with a saline mineral edge and a silky, structured finish. A magnum also ages more gracefully than the standard bottle, making it as smart a choice as it is a generous one. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, seafood or a Mediterranean spread.
