Pinot Nero Lafoa

Pinot Nero Lafoa is one of Colterenzio's flagship wines and a true statement of what South Tyrol can produce from Pinot Nero. Since 2018 the Schreckbichl cooperative has been perfecting this single-vineyard expression from the Lafoa plot in Alto Adige: great character, elegance and genuine finesse. Intense fruit aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and plum blend seamlessly with silky tannins and a toasty, oak-refined complexity. The finish is long and noble. A wine to match with roasted lamb, venison, aged Pecorino or a fine mushroom risotto. Lafoa wine is available in Malta exclusively through Briffa Wine Selections, with delivery across the island.
