Suzzane

Suzzane is Oxer Bastegieta's purest expression of Garnacha in Rioja, a 100% varietal wine that honours the old-vine plots of the region with minimal intervention and maximum transparency. DOCa Rioja. The wine opens with aromas of black cherry and blackberry, with layers of cinnamon, cacao, violet and lavender, all carried by a velvet-textured palate of remarkable elegance. Juicy acidity and softly gripping tannins provide the structure, building to a concentrated, complex finish. A wine that earns its praise by seduction rather than weight. Pair with slow-roasted lamb, Manchego or a generous pintxos spread. Exclusively imported into Malta by Briffa Wine Selections.
