Terlegiz by Oxer Wines

Marko Terlegiz is Oxer Bastegieta's most structured and age-worthy expression of Bizkaiko Txakolina. Sourced from slate-soil plots in the neighbourhood where his father was born, the blend of Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia, Hondarribi Zuri and Izkiriota Txikia ferments entirely in foudres with indigenous yeasts and rests on the lees for a minimum of six months. The result is a mineral, textured Txakoli wine with Atlantic salinity, citrus depth and a frame built to develop in bottle.
