Bergerac - Vent d'Autan

Our Vent d'Autan cuvée is a dry Bergerac white wine.  It is our Top of the range in the dry white wines category . It is aged in barrels for 8 months and aged on the lees. This wine is made up of 2 Sauvignon grape varieties: white and gray and a little bit chenin. It is a subtle, complex and noble wine. It brings an astonishing touch in freshness and flavor from its passage in barrels. With a rare elegance, this wine has an amplitude and a freshness on the palate ready to delight your taste buds.
 
Tasting notes : A ripe and expressive nose associated to typical sauvignon perfume, vanilla reflects and also a smoky touch. A wine who reveals a melted oaky taste.
 
Wine pairing : It goes perfectly with starters, fish with sauce, seafood, scallop shell and poultry.
