Varieties: Tinto del País (Tempranillo) 100%
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Vineyard Location: selection from our vineyards in Pedrosa de Duero, Anguix and Roa with an average age of 35 years.
Type of soil: clay-limestone, stony, very poor fertility and low production.
Aging: 12 months in 300 liter French oak barrels.
Pago de los Capellanes Crianza 2017 is a wine of deep cherry red color, which offers clean and intense aromas of red and black fruits, with spicy nuances coming from the French oak with very marked licorice notes. In the
mouth it is broad, fresh, balanced, silky but with a lot of structure and potency, sweet tannins, and a long finish full of aromas and flavors.
