Sticky Fig Relish 250g


Inspired by a relish tried in France, this is done by soaking plump figs in spiced vinegar before gently cooking them with rich, dark sugar. The result is at once tangy and sweet – superb with soft cheeses.


Try with creamy goats cheese or stir into festive mince pies.



Figs (42%) (Figs, Rice Flour), Spiced Vinegar (Cider Vinegar, Cloves, Allspice, Black Peppercorns, Cinnamon), Water, Muscovado Sugar, Raw Cane Sugar, Chillies, Cinnamon.


Storage Instructions

Refrigerate after opening.
